You're right, but this whole angle of yours hinges on those things being way more prevalent or leaving a much more lasting impression than they actually are/do. Technical difficulties are also an expected part of the streaming experience and the only way they're to the detriment of the streamer in the way you seem to want to say they are is if they're both extremely problematic and extremely common, which just isn't the case with Mori. The core audience (the most important) knows this and doesn't mind at all, and the general audience understands it as well.
