So would you say that when starting simply, would you want to start with just imagining the same thing over and over or can there be a degree of variation?
I also imagine you probably wouldn't want to fap (to completion or not) prior to sleeping too, right? Or does how horny/backed up you are not effect anything?
It's funny because when I was younger I could lucid dream after realizing I was in a dream but if I ever got "too concious" I'd wake up
But now I can more vividly audibly imagine things when I'm right about to fall asleep. Like perfectly in between concious and unconscious but that's surprised me a few time and "woke" me up a little
It was odd because I could somewhat kinda control if for a second or two seems like whenever I put too much conscious effort into it I wake so I'd probably have to work on that though I imagine that it'll probably be a bit before I mage anything with some kind of consistency, not that something like that would stop me or anything
