>Why /lig/?
Large indie vtubers have more net fans, but they are outnumbered by 2views by the thousands. This is a thread for the VIP, regardless of what language they stream on.

>Can I shill my 499view oshi here?
Considering averages fluctuate widely, all the way down to 100 is reasonable. The minimal requirement however is being Twitch partner or the YouTube equivalent in numbers.

I Love Filian.
This is my seventy-fifth ever attempt at making OC of her.
This one I did to warm up and see how fast I could make a cute drawing of Little Filian took me 1h 29min 7s. drew her in chibi style since I find it to be the easiest. it's also an appropriate theme for the upcoming dating show.
If you never made OC of your Oshi, just try, it's very rewarding.
I hope to one day be able to produce OC as Based as Filian.
