Because of how they're raised. They're not conditioned for competition normally. You can find a few that are good at specific types of games, but you get them out of their comfort zone and they start flailing around as if they never played one.
Look at Ame playing a FPS compared to Ame played anything games that's from a 3rd Person Perspective. She seems to struggle at basic movement at times.
Ina I think has the best chances at completing games in a timely manner... korean genetics? Half-kidding, but she certainly can learn how to play quicker than most of the girls.
