A lot of known EN vtubers are doing streams on bilibili, not only are they getting views and money out of it, but for some it's better than being an irrelevant 2view on twitch these days. Bilibili does have downsides though, they don't do VODs for many users.

All they do is stream Elden Ring (a game everyone else already plays, nothing new) on Twitch with a TTS voice. Even Natsumi Moe fucking hates them these days for dragging her down for years and never editing content they were supposed to make to the point she abandoned her YouTube channel (she made a new one barely anyone is aware of) and willingly became a 2view on Twitch to get away from them and Eilene.

A number of reasons but most people moved onto Hololive and others plus Eilene screwed Moe over to the point where Moe would rather be a 2view and do things her own way, even if it means staying stagnant or dropping viewers.
