My Oshi is Marine, but barely, why?
My mom got the Marine cosplay I bought from Aliexpress. Now she regularly puts it on whenever she goes to costume parties with dad and friends.
>Be living with parents while secretly enjoying Hololive (they think I came out a normie, not a weeb)
>Manage to hide tastes by not buying merch and hide PC stuff

>We pretty much dissassembled the doll, he packed it in trash bags and loaded them in the back of his truck and went his way
>Keep Marine cosplay, wash it SEVERELY when parents away, dry it fast with Mom's hair dryer, heater and fridge, pack it tight, put it into a "chest" with lock in my room where I have other stuff.

>Fast forward some time. Managed to get out of remote work and got a better job and moved out to live by myself (barely) because it requires me to go somewhere to work.

>Once they go out to buy groceries, quickly take the Marine cosplay, put it in a nice clean cardboard box I had hidden in my pack and deposit it near the pile of trash that forms in the other side of the walkway
>All neighbours contribute to that public health hazard so me dropping a sealed box there doesn't look odd and no one even stares at me while I do it.
>Parents come back, we eventually dine together and I leave
>Mission accomplished
>Fast forward some time
>One day, enter Facebook because gave up on Twitter
>First fucking post on my homepage is a set of pictures of mom posing with the Marine cosplay while congratulating my dad for getting her a cute outfit for last night party
>All of her boomer friends are complimenting it, no one knows its weeb origin
>Process info
>Resist stroke
>Way later, ask dad about where he got that outfit for mom
>He spills the beans to me
>Find out that Dad went to the pile to drop some broken gardening tools there after I leaved
>He found the box, found odd that it looked "not like trash" and clean, he opened it
>Found out costume
>Did not smell weird or had any weird stains or anything suspicious
>Cheap ass dad who forgot to take Mom out to buy a new costume for the occasion then surprised mom with it (he doesn't know what cosplay is) while saying he got it for her as a surprise gift
>Yeah, my mom is pretty much a goblina like Marine in terms of height and body if you can't tell by this point.
>Fast forward now
>Mom uses the cosplay for parties and shit
>I am suspecting she is using it for intimate stuff with my dad because he LOVES whenever mom puts it on
>Last week she found out from what character it is from
>Now is actually thinking on buying the other outfits or making dad buy them
I am seriously debating on changing oshi because of this.
Fuck you dad. I'm going to get a fucking trauma or complex from this bullfuck. I CAN'T DO IT ANYMORE BROS
What do?, gift her a better cosplay in hopes she will discard the Marine cosplay?, this is just too awkward for me to keep enjoying Marine.
