The only one of those that should have lasting power is the pandering to chat part, because people kind of got over the "she sounds like Vei!" thing quickly enough that I doubt the voice matters anymore. Likeable personality is a subjective thing. I just find her boring as fuck.

The thing is, we've seen vtubers like her before that never got this big and we've seen vtubers like her before that got this big but petered out fairly quickly as the novelty wore off. For some reason she's had a bit of a staying power since January that I don't get. I think I would have to know more about her audience to understand the appeal, and part of me isn't sure I want to understand what they find appealing about her.

None of them stick because nobody bites on them because nobody cares. Nyan and Vei have dedicated spergs and antis who will reply to themselves to make it look normal and then once they get people going "what? fuck off sperg" they know they have farm material. This is why you don't even tell them to fuck off, you're just emboldening them. Any response means you lose and so does the thread.

Doesn't even matter if it's pirated. You participating in the culture that generated the medium and the media already gives them influence or else a pirated source wouldn't exist in the first place i.e. pirating content means the content is already influential.
