I'd hate to break it to you anon but deformed and often unrealistic anime proportions do not 100% collaborates with real human bodies. Much less for a model that did not account for the shaping effect a corset has on the waist.

The waist-down of her model is also very detailed, probably one of the most detailed models in hololive. It's probably less that it is hard to be modeled but that they just don't have the opportunity yet or there being any precedence for birthday art to be turned into models. Council is yet to receive their formal dress. After that their papa/mamas should have more freedom in what kind of outfit they want to do

I've said it before but it honestly might be because the character sheet still has her old odal clasp. Your average secondary artists probably forget that the clasp is jera pretty often. Plus with how much she uses her kimono and general tendencies for artists to draw while watching streams I'm not surprised many still gets it wrong.
