She doesn't like wasting money. She considers it splurging when she buys expensive sashimi, and even then she only does it after she beats some goal she sets for herself. I'm sure she has enough right now to live comfortably for a long time, especially with her austere spending. She was even shocked when chat was suggesting more expensive electric pianos to her since they were about 4x the price of the one she had planned on getting(which was pretty cheap to begin with)
