I will stop wrapping my schedule around overseas chuubas.
I will sleep normally for 8 hours a day.
When I wake up - I will just watch whoever is streaming.

I get 9-10 hours problem is It's hard to beat it into stable schedule when you cut any part shorter than 6 hours and tries to compensate during the time you want to be up. Body just refuses to sleep less than in one go.

Last time I used my vacation and an article that I now lost to determine 2 extreme dips in my circadian rhythms and build two 4-hour sleeps around them.
