I would say that it's a decent game. Gameplay is fun but nothing spectacular. There's a large cast of characters each with their own movesets and there's a good amount of customization options too. Overall I enjoyed it quite a bit. Kagura is best girl.
If you want to try out the games, start out with Estival Versus. Also if you hate the girl who acts like a braindead 8 year old, that's natural.
