This is baffling.

There's people in the same branch that have been streaming for just as long or longer than her before doing the jump to corpo.
Some of them were relative new or complete newbies both in streaming and vtubing.
Some people have been even in different companies with different environments and rules than Nijisanji.

And yet only Zaion has issue. I can understand some folks like to be unhinged but when you are in actual workplace there's no place for that, it's common fucking sense.
If she's not doing this on purpose then maybe the issue is that she's a fucking idiot.
