1. Based off market performance as a whole
2. Considers changes from negative values upwards without anchoring those values at zero.
What I mean by 2 is all the negative subticks and viewcounts that dropped off EN2. They didn't just get +3,000 subs, they got +3,000 subs +40,000 subs.
