I'm probably the opposite - I'd originally planned to skip the stream since I expected it to be either fanproject wank or superchat reading with a side of zatsudan, but I tuned in when I saw people talking about Ultrakill. Really glad I did.
I ended up pretty emotional about it by the end, mostly for the same reasons you mentioned. He's come a long way since his debut, and I think he knows that too. I'm not going to say I love him because I'm not parasocial, but hell. I love him (like a bro).
