Feet with sandals don't have much interest. Art of feet usually show them from the bottom, which is appealing as you can see them arch, the toes in all their perfection and the ankles, an essential part of the feet. Sandals show feet from above, where you can see only see toes and fabric from the shoe dancing without any grace up to the ankle. The toes can have polish on them to put more emphasis of their cuteness. Bare feet imply a sense of intimacy, where the girl is inside her house and so in her personal space. It's a peek into the private life of a person.
It's no exaggeration to say that bare feet are superior to wearing sandals. Art of chuubas' feet are the best!
