I want to ban Jelly from wearing clothes for a day. I would then smear peanut butter on her chest and belly and tell her to continue with whatever she was doing, most likely playing solitaire. I would also keep a bag of bread slices and periodically wipe the bread across her body for a nice and convenient snack.
