This could make for a really nice drama and wholesome family story. I imagine Marine would be caught off guard by her little dependent girl suddenly being confused and hurt over how Marine isn't her real mom, and you are unsure how to really handle it yourself so all you do is try to assure Aqua that she is your little onion girl.
Aqua could then run away on an impulse and try to search for her real parents, but she just ends up gravitating towards all the comfort places she knows. Places you and Marine would take her to make fond memories.

there's tons of female artists who check out every holo who draws and Senchou took that niche even when Matsuri and Fubuki both are quite talented as well.
Senchou also is quite relateable for anyone in the cake age-range of the 90s. Her machine-gun talk is charismatic and fun to listen to, her passion for even the dumbest hobbies is genuine and draws people in regardless of gender.
Seriously, of all the things, her design is just the cherry on top. That design being cosplay and being followed by goth loli and swimsuit matches more or less the cycle of your stereotypical female cosplayer as well.
And we didn't even mention she's quite okay at Touhou while being a long-established fan. Or her talent for imitating voices / voice acting.
