Thing is, Sora being "boring" might not be her biggest problem. Her biggest problem may be that she's barely part of the Hololive ecosystem. Outside of Birthday call-ins she almost never appears on another Holo's stream. Combine that with her small game-selection and she hardly ever gets any promotion. Most new Hololive fans only know about Sora out of the curiosity of seeing who the first Hololive member was. Being a fan of Sora honestly feels like being a fan of an indie who happens to have the Hololive brand name.

Furthermore, Sora doesn't do much to promote her streams. She doesn't make schedules and she doesn't play the hottest games (yes I know this is partly because she suffers from severe motion sickness). When she does play the in-thing her numbers aren't that bad. Her first Pokemon BD stream got 7.2k peak CCV which is decent.

Though I wouldn't say she's faded just yet. She has a relatively small but dedicated following that love her for who she is and apparently Role:Play was a big success.
