The real crux of the matter here is that Amelia is called the Gen Leader/Protagonist based on how much the others rely on her for support and how supportive she is. Ame has always been compared to FBK even in the early days of HoloEN based on how much she promotes the others and how fond the others seem to be of her. It's a quality that teamates take pride in for their oshi. it's not meant to degrade the other girls or relegate them to side characters.
