OP has been streaming once every 3 weeks or so since King of the Ring ended back in November 2021, with some longer 4 to 6 week stretches here or there.
The core viewer base has been roughly the same for the past year.
What "killed" it was the multiple month long hiatus between episodes in the period between Coco's graduation and King of the Ring in the first year. By the time 2k22 hit, covid was up, more Holos were streaming regularly. Most people will watch their oshi & friends over something like this.
Are the leeches killing /hfz/, the general? Sure, maybe. But HoloFightZ itself's decline is tied to it being unavailable for large gaps of time, simply causing people to move on to other things. It started long before there were multiple other shows around.
