i think it's mostly the history of APEX and Valorant spam that turns people off of her
even though she's the sweetest girl
there are people that still dont know she is the 2nd member of hololive or even that shes a holo at all
she doesnt take part in a lot of the big big events, or big units like Blue Journey. i think she wouldve been really good in that
