It's time again for some Saturday Sven Co-op with /hlgg/. If you're not otherwise occupied watching a live stream, doing VOD reps, supporting your oshi in other ways, or you can just multi-task, you're more than welcome to join us.
If you're a new player, or you haven't joined in a few months, make sure you have the game and both parts of the community asset pack downloaded and installed. They're found here: >>22107145

Once in game, open up console (` or ~ key) and enter

If you're stuck downloading on connection, something went wrong with your installation of the community pack. Read the instructions and try installing it again.
If you join and can't type in chat, go into console and enter
>reconnect
Should fix you right up.

Additional note:
Please please PLEASE make sure you have the community pack downloaded and installed properly, before connecting! The server is p2p hosted, meaning the transfer rate for assets is INCREDIBLY SLOW if you don't have the pack already installed. You'll never download everything in time before the server changes maps, and you'll be stuck in connection hell.
If you've installed both parts of the server asset pack correctly, v15 and THEN v17 patch, you shouldn't have to download ANYTHING upon connection.

Troubleshooting:
If you're downloading a bunch of files upon connection, something went wrong with your install. Make sure you've installed both the v15 pack AND THEN the v17 pack in the right folder (svencoop_addon and svencoop_downloads go into the main "Sven Co-op" folder)
then try reconnecting.

If you join and can't type when you first connect, that's a common bug for p2p hosted servers. Just go into console and type "reconnect"

If you've joined us recently for /hlgg/ Sven Saturdays, you may have noticed were almost at the end of the current voted map order. But we've added a lot more maps since the last popularity poll 5 months ago.
It's nearly 200 map options now, so it's time for another poll of what maps you'd like to play. This will be the order of maps we'll replay, at least in between updates to the server that have new maps.
