I once read a copypasta on here about an anon who was a paramedic and the most fucked up thing he ever had to do in his job was this fat old woman who had sat on the couch without moving for literally years who just fucking died on the couch and he had to move the body out but it had fused with the couch so when they pulled the cadaver onto the gurny the whole back just came off because it was necrotic and fucked up and smelled like death.

And he was only getting, like, 25 an hour for it.
