So I learned today that Watame's One Million Celebration plushie was a lot bigger than Gura's and I'm honestly a tiny bit jealous.

Compaing the two, Gura's is 20 cm x 14.3 cm x 18.4 cm (5262.4 cm^3). It sold for 3500 yen ($25).
While Watame's is 50 cm x 39 cm x 30 cm (58500 cm^3). However, it was much more expensive, selling for 16000 yen ($114).

So while Watame's plush was 4.5x times as expensive, it was over 11 times as big as Gura's plush!
I would have definitely bought a gura one at that size and price, but it probably wouldn't have sold as well overall and it would have made her birthday merch set a lot more expensive.
