Japa are starting to enjoy Amelia. She was a mystery to them until recently because of badly translated clips, but since her new outifit reveal and meme review she got exponentially more popular.
They also really like the 3DVR streams.

StreamElements implementation for SC reading and other things - all ENs are using now, SC jars - Ina and Mori using, JP soon probably; credits with name of SCers and members, the outfit reveal which was an explosive success on how she applied the idea of Youtube plays Pokemon to an outfit, popularizing hands/feet props for a crazy amount of vtubers, Milestones during the streams, official clippers with salary, using OBS at full capability to do fun stuff (Kiara started doing the same thanks to her), opening up the possibility of charity streams, etc.
What matters is the effort and how you apply the idea to your situation, making hololive a better place.
