I don't know exactly whether it is a localization problem or a partnership problem but Cover has secured a blanket license for Square Enix properties since March 2021

Maybe this is old news about Kiara complaint, maybe it is a matter of localization or maybe the games Kiara want to play are not 100% Square Enix
