if anything i prefer a decentralized system because of risuner culture. the tribal confederation in the protectorate is already functional but needs to be updated... here are the risunaissance guild goals
1. the risunaissance wants to maintain tribal autonomy where the rishamate theocracy exists as the mediator. witches are no longer their own thing and will have a proper organization. like a holy order
2. each confederation clan is allowed to rule as they see fit. so the ayundites are allowed to be militant and become mercs, the moles can maintain tunnels, etc. if a clan wants to have mandatory bukkake rituals while the one next door dont go ahead
3. some things are owned and maintained only by the rishamate throughout the nation. only necessities like roads, temples and education. things that would be disastrous if left in the hands of clans
4. the risunaissance aim for cottage-rural-agrarian economy
risu has a lot of people. a lot a lot. and we breed a lot too. industrializing would be a bad idea. but if each community is able to farm, build, craft, service it would make a competitive market. each clan will have their own guild selling goods made by their own people to other clans or the outside foreigners. because of the large population and our lands producing so much goods, risuners are able to sustain themselves without reliance of others and sell excess
5. and lastly it's uhhh renaissance/enlightenment thinking. risuners will live the traditional treehouse agrarian life, but mandatory craftsmanship vocational training, mandatory temple attendance, mandatory school and higher edu domestic or abroad, national sports between clans, emphasis on physiology because if we're a sex cultured society we need to look good like roman statues, woodwork, poetry, and most importantly expanding the 'go out on adventure and bring back new knowledge' program. more trips to infinity, more sailors and mercenaries
