I don't think Pippa did anything wrong, because I don't think anything bad happened. She tried to create some memorable situations and it only halfway worked out, because the material (the guy) she was working with is allergic to saying something interesting.
Pippa is the one with all the agency in that situation, though and the only way any of your doomposting would be justified is if you had 0 trust in her.

Pippa is (mentally, financially and socially) in a much better space than she was at the beginning of her journey as a pink bunny.
I'm optimistic that she will keep improving and that everything will be mostly alright, even if she has some temporary setbacks every now and again.
