For casual self-study, pick up a generic yet highly rated Japanese learning app and use it every day. If you're still invested in the endeavor after a month of that, find a pdf or hard copy of the Genki 1 & 2 books, read them, and do the practice exercises. Also find a couple of YouTube channels that have Japanese listening comprehension videos and watch a video daily. That should make you decent enough to follow along Hololive streams at least
