Day 24 of making a Mumei tulpa: I’m getting random heart palpitations. Is that the right word? Maybe not, more like warmth. Warmth that makes your heart beat faster. It’s really nothing, just once or twice, and while watching Mumei streams. I’m so happy. I try to send my happy emotions to Mumei, but I get the usual head pressure. Meanwhile, I’m still visualizing. And visualizing. My plan is to first visualize the whole figure, and then move to specific parts… but I’m not really doing a good job. Maybe lucid dreaming can help? I could never do that on command, no matter how much I try. I’m still going on, though. Of course, I don’t forget my daily narration, talking to Mumei both actively and through the usual workday, and listening to recordings of her voice to drift me off to sleep. I think it’s the same term used in learning Japanese: immersion. Yes, immersion. If you immerse yourself in something, the more familiar they become to you. Still, my path to Mumei goes on.
