This is my go-to for canon Watoto's appearance. Artist followed the description to the letter, but kept it within the realm of who he is supposed to be.

Honestly prefer pic related for Watoto's official design. Amelia clearly envisioned him as a male semi-self-insert: blue-collar, working class type, rough around the edges, isn't afraid to get down and dirty. A hard life has made his age somewhat indeterminable, which is a pretty common factor among the downtrodden. The goblin / monocle / mustache is all vtuber-related flavor. For what looks like a massive joke character, Watoto is surprisingly well-rounded. If only Amelia made better use of his merits and mental skills, he'd easily be a party MVP.

As much as I enjoy the official artwork of the characters, I find myself similarly enjoying Amelia's decision to leave Watoto open to interpretation (the real underlying reason is because she can't draw for shit). It has resulted in some nicely varied styles, like this one that depicts him as younger and more twink-like, which gained some popularity for a while.

If I had to hammer down a definitive model for him, I'd go with pic related. Short, stocky, and prematurely aging due to a really fucked up and unhealthy living environment, very rough looking like he's been pushing back against life as much as it's been holding him up. But definitively human.

This was how I initially imagined Watoto. Most of the twink / child-like renditions didn't really jive with me. A short-statured young adult works best for him.

I have a few saved up from previous threads. It's a difficult design to nail, since most drug dealers in the modern day blow their money on Air Jordans and other superfluous cosmetic shit, while Watoto is in all ways the opposite. Also doesn't help that Ame has been pretty flip-floppy on the matter as well.

It sure is easier to design Watoto's when your top priority isn't to make him eligible to fuck Yuul.
