You have to consider all of the context.
Sayu was during her subathon, long hours of streaming, tired and emotionally drained. She was alone and exhausted due to nijisanji's smear campaign going on for long months. She didn't have many people she could rely on, barely anyone would openly support her. She was talking about Nijisanji and to not sound like it was only her having issues with the company, she brought up example of Nina who was also told that she won't succeed outside of Niji. She didn't say anything else. Matara never planned keeping it a secret either, soon after joining vshojo she repeated the thing Sayu shared while also going into a lot more detail.
And yet she blocked Sayu, refusing to talk to her again, it's been more than half a year already. At the same time, Matara has absolutely no issues openly engaging with Enna and Millie, Elira's henchmen and Kyo, who was supporting Zaion doxers. Clique did far worse things than Sayu. Matara doesn't mind clique in the slightest even though they drove Selen to suicide attempts but is still mad at Sayu and refuses to give her a chance to reconcile? Face it. Matara has no morals. She doesn't give a slightest shit about other people, she only cares about herself and is happy being friends with evil people while banishing good people.
