Let me explain it in normie terms, basically this boss fight mimics the moves you do to counter them, Gura keeps spamming the dash attack which he counters instead what she needs to do is walk close, let him do his combo THEN walk up to him and do regular hits and use the transformation into Nero's normal grab for massive damage, instead she keeps trying to spam the dash or the lock on grab attack both with the NPC is programmed to counter perfectly.
