it's not but some people work better under pressure, fucked up sleep schedules are very common here. Some people need another person to organize their life to be productive. If you are a neet or hikki (which is majority of holos or even vtubers) it's very easy to forget or be lazy about stuff and things just go out of your control. It sounds hilarious but even basic hygiene counts as this. Yes some people have to be reminded to take a shower, to use the bathroom, or even to eat and drink.
