Did something happen to youtube at some point that caused a bunch of comments to cease to exist?

Going back to check on it now for the first time years later to take my own advice because I'm a dumb faggot who didn't commit, the comment doesn't exist on the video nor my comment history

Alright so did any Teamates or high-grade schizos actually investigate like Ame asked to find what the video was about?
