No, I think she's still in it. The only stream I'd say she only went with the flow was the one from today. My opinion, but still.
I don't understand the other points you've made though.
Used to be the de facto leader? Used to get along with everyone? Used to make short funny clips? She still does all of that.
Just because she doesn't collab with everyone doesn't mean she doesn't get along with them. There are a lot of things that go into a collab, so it's understandable that she won't be able to collab with everyone.
I don't know about leader, but whenever I ask anyone about Hololive, Fubuki is always the one they think of first. So I don't know about leader, but rom what I've seen, she definitely seems to be the face. And for me she's a lot more than that.
The funny clips were things she does on a whim. I don't know why she hasn't done one for a while, but I guess there's just not something she's found interesting or funny to do.

I don't know, I feel like she's still the same. Sure there are some things weighing her down, but it's only natural.

Well, if there's something I've missed or have not noticed, I wish it gets resolved and that she keeps up the good work.
