For Kanata I didn't find many great feats but she has a pretty good case for that tier anyway imo since her strenght is so legendary within hololive that it has become more than just a meme. Also she would obviously have angel physiology (flight, can burn people, immune to disease etc) and she has healing powers on top of that too. In the end it's still a bit ambigious of course but a lot of the characters are, unfortunately.
