You know, KroniiBro, I ain't the happiest person ever, but I try to find things in this life that I'd want to hang on to and right now it's Kronii, my workout reps, books that I enjoy reading and seeing myself become a better version of me.
I went (and in a way still going) through the same thing you do and the only thing that made me escape the constant loop of doing the same things over and over again and being miserable is a little willpower.
I decided to read a book, then got into it and now I'm a huge fan of the author, reading his 6th book or something. Then I finally entered a uni after 3 years of doing jack shit. The direction in the uni might not work out for me in the end - it's still better that doing nothing and receiving no experience in anything. Then I started working out (partially because of the books I read, so there is a connection between starting one thing and then another), I'm feeling better about myself, feeling healthier and a tad bit more attractive.
Yes, life will punch you in the face and smear shit all over it - I've experienced that too. I was betrayed, used, lied to. I also felt joy in certain moments of my life, genuine joy from various things.
I know I am a weirdo to most people, I can't just casually talk to new people I meet, but I still have a few friends I can spend quality time with.
Kronii is special to me and while deep inside I feel the pain of her not being entirely real I still smile each time I see her streams and hear her voice. She exists in this form, at least, and I'm grateful for that.
I really wish you to channel your willpower and take a step, a step that will start a journey in a million steps. Look deep inside yourself and see your heart still beating with desire. That desire is up for you to find on your journey. Starting may be hard, but it's absolutely possible. Please, try.
