To put bluntly, she simply doesn't need to be in Hololive to be successful. Like Gura, she enjoys what she does and will stick around for a while because she likes the friends she's made through doing this. But she's one of the few that literally doesn't need this job to support her lifestyle and so with that alone she can very well leave at any time she wants and be fine.

Probably enjoys her job very much. But the pressure of management constantly nagging and restricting her must piss her off and one day the penny will drop that she can just go it alone. Also her frequent disappearing acts can't be ignored. Will still probably stick around because of the friends she's made in Hololive.

A lot of recency bias seems to come into place when people speculate on whos graduating. The fact is, she's comfortable where she is and knows that she's in the opportunity of a lifetime. She's earning a stable income she won't make anywhere else and due to being a poorfag knows how important that is. Will at least stay for several years and (despite saying otherwise) can easily transition into a staff role further on down the line.

What initially started out as most likely to graduate now got flipped on its head due to the UMG contract. Now she can expand her exposure even further with that, and create strong ties ties in the industry like she's always wanted. Will at least ride out the UMG contract and then take it from there.

Her goals in Japan fell through. But she's now living her dream and is comfortable doing what she does for the first time in her life. Won't be graduating unless her health deteriorates. Simple as that.

I mean. This is likely the final time they will all be together right? Outside of them possibly meeting together in Japan in the future for an official 3D reveal. The chances of them doing this agian, coming together from 4 different countries and hoping none of them ever graduate inbetween is pretty low.
I've always had a feeling that this off-collab was a real one off.
