>19 threads are simultaneously created on /vt/ and 6 on /jp/
>The threads that don't slide off the board are filled with off topic discussion on the thing the ENtuber just did
>Any currently live Japanese Vtubers start getting $5 super chats in english notifying them about the thing that just happened
>Someone pays money to have the thing placed on the Time Square Jumbotron
>Redditors start getting tattoos referencing the thing
>Thread spam continues for the rest of the day and only tapers off towards the end of the week
>Months later there's still people bringing it up randomly in completely unrelated places
Why are they like this?
