I kind of find it a little difficult understanding how anyone could confuse Goom's and Moom's voices.

One moment I keep thinking back to is during a member stream around a year ago, it was right after a long hiatus where she had just come back and was streaming more and tweeting when something came up again. She read an SC thanking her for doing so and saying it meant a lot and he was glad to have Gura as his oshi.

She had kind of strange reaction to it. She seemed to get sort of defensive and frustrated, just kept saying that she was trying. I think she did say thank you eventually, but overall just seemed more bothered by it than anything. I tried not to think about it too much at the time, but it always stood out to me as really weird.

I have trained my self to only be productive when someone I like is streaming. I will fix this, because this is probably very bad. Before I'd watch gura while doing college work, or while working. Now though, with gura being gone, and EN being spotty, I've been procrastinating. I will fix this.

I really am trying to just move past it because I'm happy with how active and attentive she is now, but I can't stop thinking about just how fucking weird everything about the whole ghosting saga was. Especially how nearly everyone was trying to act like it was totally normal and nothing was wrong. Vanishing without a word for weeks at a time is absolutely nothing to worry about, apparently. For the other members it's probably because they had some idea of what was going on with her and had some minimal contact, but it's still odd.

On Gura's part, I'd like to think it was just her mind being elsewhere with the combo of busy and health hort plus her simply being unaware of how people were feeling about her silence, but the thing that always throws a wrench into that theory is the fucking chat filters. Why on earth did she add "stream" to the filter? It's one thing to ignore people asking about what's going on, but to actively try to stifle it from happening at all?? Such a bizarre move, and obviously one that backfired because it immediately spawned all the "ztream" stuff. Maybe it was her manager or something who did that, but I doubt it would happen without Gura's knowledge and approval. It's all just so fucking weird. I want to understand.
