If /akushio/ wants to have a witches college that teaches alchemy then I'd tolerate or even support it. I've been on /qst/ enough to know that too much Magic leads to lazy writing however.

I'm ok with Kronies and Sanalites being a little ahead in tech, as long as there are also draw backs and reasons for it.

For example the Kronies can be ahead in tech, but never really do anything with it due to geographic isolation, internal conflict, and being too ruled by hedonism to project any power using its tech advantage.
