Not to shit on Vedal since he's obviously too young and inexperienced for the kind of stuff he's trying to do, but it's pretty fucking sad how much tools to make cool shit are there nowdays yet nobody seems interested at doing anything with them.
In ~2010 there were numerous creative projects going around with relatively few resources available, newgrounds, flash in general, I remember people doing lots of really cool WoW themed videos including a full length movie. Now things seem so dry in comparison. Even if you take Vedal for example, he's basically a hobbyist kid fucking around and he made it big by just ramming a chatbot into an anime model and making it look like it plays a game, and he took like 1.5 years to finally release it. How come nobody else thought of that? The tools were always there, yet nobody fucking cares.
