Nobody is telling her to get a 4090 but streamers generally need more powerful PCs than average gamer. Her PC is fine for some 900$ supermarket prebuild but if she paid more it's pretty bad.

I think both streams so far were great, BUT Cali really needs to change how she's doing some things.

Don't make your players say "I do a perception check", just ask if they are looking around. Talking about checks and dice ruins immersion, it should be reduced to minimum.

Don't make them repeat checks for the same thing over and over again.

Describe what happens as a result of the roll not "you succeed/fail".

Describe damage in combat. We never even learned how exactly was Yuul hurt. Was she hooked through the arm? Stomach? We just don't know.

And it's a bit on the Ina but when she was standing there for like three turns when creepy evil darkness was getting close she should really roll for fear.

Those are all newbie GM mistakes. There was already a massive improvement between first tutorial and this but there are still some flaws that are super easy to fix.
