Yeah, it really was the beginning of the end. And despite saying she doesn't want us to speculate and "be weird", that's literally all that's happened since, especially with how vague and evasive she is about basically everything. Even the "defenders" are doing this by insisting that her health is 100% confirmed why she's gone. Sure, it's what would make the most sense, but at the same time there are a lot of things that would contradict that. And no, I'm not saying she needs to tell us what her exact issues are, she just needs to make some sort of official statement that's not a fucking prechat message.

And then we'll get the whole loop about how "antis are harassing Gura to stream" and that's actually why she's staying away

You're right, it is supposed to be like that. That's part of why it's so depressing that it seems to have become more of a source of negativity rather than an escape from it. Spending less time here has definitely helped, though. I just entirely avoid /vt/ when Gura isn't streaming now.
