Kiara said a year ago they felt like they had enough members that they didn't need anymore.
This got me thinking. When it came up for a new gen, did holoEN say that they didn't want another gen that year?
We know there is precedent for this because StarsJP requested a hold on hiring for Stars until they found their feet.
Is the reason it's taken so long for HoloEN 3 actually because the girls didn't want extra competition?
