imagine pretending that these people aren't friends when they're like this

For those of you on the spectrum socially:
First post ghost points out that her original point was not something she should feel badly about, reflecting genuine caring.

Bat responds by suggesting that she has heard his previous advice and is going to attempt to integrate it. The fact that she says this rather than just keeping it to herself is an emotional validation, a "you were right and I see that now" statement. In a way, this is her disagreeing with his original "don't sweat it" post, which shows that she understands it was meant primarily as an emotional gesture.

Spook responds with a post that confirms her assessment, but takes the diplomatic stance that it is an area that many people can afford improvement and uses himself as an example. This is another affirmation designed to soften the impression of "I fucked up" that he believes Moriko is feeling by pointing out that it isn't uncommon. The claim that he was already thinking about it is probably a socially polite white lie to make it seem like a coincidence rather than a formulated response. He also uses the second part of the post to refer to a piece of advice "for himself"... but which is actually a suggestion for Bat to use, another socially polite way to give advice to someone without making it an "I told you so."
Because she liked that post, it is very likely that she understood both the emotional statement ("it's not that big of a deal") and the advice ("try to understand where people are coming from, it helps") and will probably use at least part of it going forward.
