YES it is a company. It has to be from a legal standpoint. They're actively doing business.
NO it isn't a standard VTuber agency. They don't own the characters and aren't directly in charge of their careers.
This is the fucking difference. They are a company but they aren't a standard VTuber company like Hololive, Nijisanji, 774 or anything else.
It's financial and legal backing for those who are already established. The only exception is upcoming Nazuna and we all know who that is.

this is a standard price in japan and doesn't look like big money for firstworlders. wasn't it for me being from a 2nd world shithole, extremely bad life RNG, statistically impossible unemployment and literally choosing between food and meds i'd probably pay for that too because i genuinely enjoy the show and have nothing to blame this company for so far. yes, i'd have like 3 days of non-stop live concerts in my country for the same price, but i'm not interested in them and the west hasn't come up with dancing/singing anime girls yet. i genuinely feel bad for pirating even though i do that regularly with movies or games.
