depends on whether you're using NovelAI directly or using webui. on the latter you have a lot more latitude in how you can get fancy with it, but yes. if you're using NovelAI, make sure the seed # box is empty, click Enhance. their starting 0.5 strength 0.0 noise is ogey, but I usually use 0.6-0.7 strength and 0.1-0.2 noise.
