Because she doesn't promote streams well compared to others and despite having such high subscriber count many people don't watch any more. It's like her old youtube channel where there were over 400k subscribers but not all of them still watched.

Plus you have to remember with twitch you only get notified of streams if you enable said notifications. If you want to watch someone you need to enable emails or have that plugin I can't remember the name of.

To be fair she seems satisfied as a 2view these days and isn't so bothered about the view count. Give her credit she didn't do what others did and cling onto vshojo to stay relevant. She's just fine doing her own thing even if it's not going to attract popularity or notoriety.

Natsumi Moe....remember her? She's still around.

She had an 8 hour long birthday stream on Twitch a few days ago. She only had about 100 people watching her, no big raids like last year.

At least she's not bothered about low views, it's more than enough for her these days.

Considering how much Eilene mismanaged their own vtubers why do you think so?

Why do you think Natsumi Moe does her own thing now? Because she's mentioned on stream a few times that Eilene wouldn't deliver on promises, and other issues that happened too. And I bet the others got fucked over too in similar regards.
